Netball
Netball is a game of finesse that requires highly developed motor co-ordination. Netball players must have the ability to rapidly switch between forward, backward, lateral and vertical movements. Netball athletes need to be fast, agile and lean, as well as have excellent endurance and power, as netball athletes are expected to repeat multiple high-intensity activities with minimal rest periods.

- We develop your power output, as greater power allows you to respond quickly and produce forceful movements with less effort.
- We focus on improving your agility as it is crucial for good court movement, allowing you to be in the correct position and provides a solid platform from which to pass a ball or take a shot at goal.
Results you can expect
- Improvement in your explosive multi-directional court movement to place your body in the correct position before make a pass or taking a shot. This will include:
- Improved acceleration
- Increased first step quickness
- Improved aability to change direction with minimal deceleration
- Ability to maintain your passing speed throughout an entire game so you can stay on top of your opponents.
- A larger aerobic capacity which will burn calories more efficiently – allowing you to stay mentally alert longer by making more sugar available to your brain.
- Build greater overall flexibility and stability to achieve unrestricted ranges of motion and help to reduced the risk of those all to common joint and tendon injuries.
