At Optimal Sports we believe that an athlete's best performance starts with the fuel they put in their bodies. Whether your goal is weight loss or to become a World Champion in your sport, we can help you eat right to achieve your optimal nutritional intake.

Nutritional Analysis

A comprehensive nutrition analysis from Optimal Sports starts with quality data direct from you and provides professional guidance that’s individualised to your lifestyle, fitness and performance goals. Optimal Sports will provide you with detailed instructions and special intake forms so you can accurately and easily record all the foods and beverages you consume over two weekdays and one weekend day. Based on the 3-day dietary record that you'll provide, our Optimal Sports registered nutritionists will compile a comprehensive analysis that relays the following information:

  • Macronutrient (protein, carbohydrates, and fat) intake of the three days analysed
  • Micronutrient (vitamins and minerals) intake of the three days analysed
  • Recommended macro and micro nutrient sources
  • Recommended foods and supplements to correct performance deficiencies
  • Sample meal plan
Since information is only useful when it’s applied to your unique situation, Optimal Sports Nutrition Analyses also include a 60-minute review/consultation provided by the Optimal Sports nutrition team.

Nutritional Consultation

Our Optimal Sports Registered Nutritionists are also available for personal consultations, either as an addition to the Optimal Sports Nutrition Analysis or as a stand-alone service. They are provided at an hourly rate and can be billed in 15 minute increments.

Nutritional Seminar

Our Optimal Sports Registered Nutritionists are also available to present seminars to your athletes or sports team.
