- Every 4 weeks your Strength and Conditioning Coach will design your individualised weekly schedule that will include the above personalised programs to suit your special needs and the extra demands of your chosen specialty sport.
- Your high performance specialised training plan gives you the confidence to train several times each day of the week, with sufficient recovery. In your personal training diary you will build a record of loads lifted, changes in mood state, body weight, muscle condition, heart rate, appetite, and much, much more. Your report will be read by your Optimal Sports coach and comments will be given.
- Approximately every four weeks you will be emailed an Optimal Sports Platinum Performance Training Analysis that will report and graph the information you have entered into your training diary, providing you with the feedback you need in gaining an optimal edge.
